Sempre Caro is a three-story, single-family vacation home, located on an irregular corner lot in the northeast part of Seaside. Sempre Caro draws inspiration from the vernacular character of Seaside, its design guided by the desire to create bright and well-ventilated spaces. Divided into two main structures connected with a naturally ventilated stair hall, this massing creates an opportunity for cross-ventilation and a shaded outdoor patio accessed from either side of the house. While the main front portion is dedicated to formal living and dining areas on the first floor and bedrooms above, the attached tower structure is designed for more intimate gathering spaces and a guest bedroom. Sempre Caro is a five-bedroom home that also includes a family room, third-floor library and a quintessential Seaside tower that allows for an extensive coastal view. The bright color palette responds to other houses in Seaside that embrace the warmth and vibrancy of this coastal Florida town.

This three level, single family home is situated on one of the last corner lots available in Seaside, and from its tower one can see an almost unobstructed view down the length of Savannah Street towards Gulf of Mexico. With two covered porches at the front of the house, small balconies on the third level, and a sleeping porch in the back, this house has a perfect combination on indoor and outdoor spaces that make it a wonderful place to live year round. The house has three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a third floor attic loft, high ceilings, and lots of windows throughout.
