Intended as a design for the family or group of friends that enjoy entertaining, Dale! House boasts of spacious welcoming rooms and plenty of covered open space on both sides of the house. This 3-bedroom/3-bathroom residence is optimally located in the more private, northeast corner of Seaside surrounded by beautiful landscapes, allowing the residents to enjoy these views on either side. The exterior is designed with a mixture of Victorian and Art Nouveau features to evoke a whimsical feel, created mainly through organic, wooden detailing painted in white and pale pink siding. The name Dale! is in reference to a common saying in Miami largely influenced by Cuban culture with versatile positive meanings, pronounced “dah-leh.”

The stairs of the main entrance lead to the covered porch area and through to the grand living space on the first floor, an open plan consisting of an entertainment area and a cozy gathering space by the fireplace. The main area features an elegantly curving staircase leading to each floor. On the east side of the first floor, you will be able to enjoy the sunrise while eating breakfast on the veranda, which is conveniently connected to the kitchen and a spacious dining area. The natural slope of the house’s location allows for garage, storage and laundry space beneath the first floor. The second floor features a master suite on the east side, complete with a large bathroom and walk-in closet, along with a private veranda. The west side consists of two bedrooms, each with its own closet and en-suite bathroom, in addition to a shared veranda. The third floor is the main entertainment level of the Dale! House. The west side houses a large library area with a fireplace and a veranda for enjoying the sunset. As the sun sets in the west, guests on the east side can enjoy the mini-bar and lounge area, as well as the veranda overlooking the lights of neighborhoods in the distance. The spiraling stairs in the center of the third floor lead up to the tower and attached balconies that allow for a great 360-degree view of Seaside.
